The Ministry of Justice held the distribution ceremony for the Civil Code commentaries, and the Code of Civil Procedure commentaries and the textbooks to the universities as a dissemination activity for the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure on 27th January 2011. These commentaries and textbooks are very useful in the creation of lectures on the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure within universities with interested individuals in university eagerly awaiting these books. As such, representatives from 21 universities from all over Cambodia attended the ceremony.

In this ceremony, the H.E. Ang Vong Vathana, Minister of Justice ;Yukiju Kobayashi, the vice director of JICA Cambodia office; and the H.E. Ly Somony, the under secretary of state of the Ministry of Education, attended the ceremony and each made a congratulatory speech followed by the handing of the commentaries and textbooks to representatives from the universities.

The Ministry of Justice will distribute these commentaries and textbooks continuously based on demand from the relevant institutions.
