The seminar held by Japan Federation of Shiho-shoshi Lawyer's Associations

The delegation composed of 9 members of the Japan Federation of Shiho-shoshi Lawyer's Associations visited Ministry of Justice of Cambodia from 9th to 11th March and held seminars on Juristic Person Registration and Immovable Registration on the 10th of March.

Mr. Satoshi Yoshida, a member of the delegation, gave a lecture regarding the attached documents of the application of juristic person registration. The Drafting Group members eagerly listened to the explanation, and discussed with the lecturer on what kind of documents should be attached in practice, in the subsequent Q&A session.

Mr. Masaya Kato, also a member of the delegation, gave a presentation on the procedures for compulsory execution and preservative relief to the Inter-Ministerial Joint Committee members from the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. The members attended the session proactively, since they were planning to hold a seminar on registration regarding compulsory execution and preservative relief from the 21st to 23rd March in Ratanakiri province.

According to the delegation, Japan Federation of Shiho-shoshi Lawyer's Associations will continue to support the Ministry of Justice by sending delegation for seminars.
