In Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) - Cairo Research Station, an event under the name of "Open Lectures" is carried out on irregular basis. The event targets Japanese residents, Egyptians who are interested in Japanese language and culture, etc.

On June 4th (Thur), Ms. Rei Harada (Long term conservation expert in the project) has made a presentation under the name of "Cultural Inheritance International Cooperation – The Grand Egyptian Museum - Conservation Center Project". The presentation has taken about an hour, after which time for questions was provided. So many questions were asked, that the time wasn't enough for them all.
