We conducted a workshop for the Nursing Career Ladder System from 16th May to 18th May 2013.

Short-term experts from the Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing and Oita Red Cross Hospital joined the workshop and facilitated the development of measurable indicators for the system.

We have commenced scheduled activities for the Nursing Career Ladder System since training in Japan which was taken place in October 2012, and now we enter the phase of development of the indicators.

Indonesia has been developing a system which divides clinical nurse into 5 different levels, and we have cooperated in developing the indicators for the Level 1 during the workshop. Indonesian participants were able to assess and discussed among themselves under the facilitation of Japanese Experts.

We will continue developing the indicators based on the outcomes of the workshop.
