2nd JCC meeting was convened on 4th September 2014. JCC is decision-making body of the project and review activities in the previous one year and discuss on activity plan for next one year annually.

Prior to the JCC meeting, preparation meeting was conducted on 2nd and 3rd of September. Field-level officers who are in charge of the project summarized previous one year activities and discuss how to improve the quality of activities to achieve the project purpose. The discussion indicated the lack of coordination between Output 1 and Output 2. Output 1 is to strengthen nursing career development ladder (hereinafter referred to as "the Ladder") and Output 2 is to improve the quality of training curriculum for nurses through the Ladder and different officials assigned to Output 1 and 2. The participants of the meeting realized this weakness and decided to strengthen the coordination between Output 1 and Output 2 in next one year.

An activity plan from October 2014 to September 2015 was also agreed at the JCC meeting. It is expected that the project implement activities according to the agreement of the JCC meeting.
