The revision of curriculum for ICU training is conducted through the project activity. Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI) developed curriculum for ICU training, however it was before development of the Ladder and the curriculum is needed to be modified according to the Ladder.

PPNI has already set competency for ICU and three kinds of curriculum; basic, intermediate, and advanced. In the project, we discussed these three curriculum are suitable for which level of the Ladder, distributed competency according to the Ladder, and discuss the contents of the curriculum based on the competency which is distributed to three curriculums according to the Ladder.

Understanding of the Ladder was not enough before, however, Output 2 team member is learning it through the discussion among members of Output 1 and 2 and practice to develop / modify curriculum utilizing the Ladder. It is expected that this experience will contribute to development of another curriculum.
