Most students in the Philippines graduate from school in the end of March or at the beginning of April. The pilot schools of the Project, Rizal Experimental Station and Pilot School for Cottage Industries and Don Alejandro Roces Sr. Science and Technology High School held the graduation ceremony on 27 March, 2014. The graduation was splendidly celebrated with the attendance of family members of the graduates, teachers, anddistinguished guests.

In San Pedro Relocation Center National High School, the graduation ceremony started at 4 o'clock in the afternoon of 1st April and closed at around 1 o'clock in the morning of next day because of its large number of students. During the first part of ceremony, each of the senior high school graduates was presented with the certificate of completion. When her/his name, specialization, National Certificate title, and OJT company assigned were announced, the graduates and their parents showed happy expression on their face. Some managers of companies accepting the student's OJT were invited as honorable guests. One of the guests shared in his speech that his company employed one of the graduates, revealing that a good relation was established between the company and the student through OJT.

Among approximately 260 students who graduated from four pilot schools in April 2014, around 90 found the job before the graduation and 50 will continue their study in higher education. While the students of technical high school in Japan do job-hunting before the graduation, the Filipino students usually seek a job from April to June. The Project will follow up the career of graduates.
