Capacity building on rural roads inventory, preparation of strip maps by using computer, prioritization of roads to be maintained, and preparation of Short, Medium and Long term planning

Spot improvement of roads by using available local material through Do-Nou technology. This technology was first seen in the study tour in Kenya and was secondly taught by Prof. Kimura in the study tour in Japan (University of Kyoto).

Capacity building on selection of site for bridge construction and training on design of concrete bridges

Promoting maintenance of rural roads by using labour based technology and by providing labour based road construction equipment
