Project News

On 15 August 2010, "Project for Sustainable Forest Management in the Northwest Watershed Area(SUSFORM-NOW)" has started.
16 August, JACA expert and Vietnamese counterparts hold a small party for celebrating a project office opening.

Mr. Goseki, chief adviser, and Ms. Nonaka, administrative coordinator, have already arrived in Dien Bien Phu for preparation of the project in June and July respectively.
As the first project activity, the pilot site selection survey is conducted in some candidate villages in Dien Bien District and Dien Bien Dong District, contracting with FSIV (Forest Science Institute of Vietnam).
