Training course in Japan (1st time)

From November 13th to December 10th, researchers from National Institute of Infectious Diseases, Japan conducted four training courses for six participants including: biosafety, GMT (Good Microbiology Technique), laboratory diagnosis and equipment. Participants of biosafety training course included one staff from Pasteur Institute of Nha Trang, one staff of Tay Nguyen Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. Participants of laboratory maintenance training course included one staff of Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City and one staff of National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. Participant of GMT Rabies and Anthrax training course included two staff of National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. The training courses were very useful for participants. They learned about sample handling, accuracy management of laboratory diagnosis. It is expected that participants will play important role in their organization.
