Training in Japan (the second course)

From February 19th to March 17th, 2012, there were two training courses on biosafety and GMT (Good Microbiological Technique) organized in NIID (Japan) for 6 Vietnamese participants. Four participants from NIHE, PIHCMC, PINT and TIHE attended the training course on biosafety. They also had field trip to manufacturer and learned from practice. This field trip was highly appreciated since it was very useful for their activities in Vietnam. Besides, two participants from NIHE attended GMT Cholerae training course. They learned a wide-range knowledge from sample collection to construct a database of analysis based on the pulse-field electrophoresis of Cholerae genome. Participants of this training course were expected to play a leading role in their laboratories.
