“The Seminar on Port Concession Contract” was held on 6th of July, 2007 in Hanoi, co-hosted by VINAMARINE, JICA and JBIC.
The Seminar was held for deepening understanding by the officials of authorities concerned on non state sector’s participation to port operation, The Seminar attracted many participants from Prime Ministers Office, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Transport and other relevant Authorities.
Mr. KURODA, Leader of JICA Expert Team, gave a lecture on important points and outline of Concession Contract of Cai Mep / Thi Vai Port Project, and explain about the roll of Port Management Body.
