The 6th Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting was held on 10th of March, 2008 at VINAMARINE in HANOI. The Committee Meeting was attending by the high officials from Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport and other relevant Authorities. At the Meeting, The JICA experts and Task-force members of VINAMARINE reported the activities in the forth year of the Project and draft interim evaluation on the progress of the capacity development. The JICA experts also proposed the plan of operation from April to November, 2008. As the result of the discussion the Committee agreed to the proposal for plan.
