就職フェア＆教育イベント2023がラオス国立大学工学部（FEN）で開催されました!
就職フェア＆教育イベント2023が、本プロジェクトの支援のもと、2023年5月26日にラオス国立大学工学部のソクパルアンキャンパスで実施されました。1,300人以上の人が訪れ、企業のプレゼンテーション、学生によるラオス舞踊のパフォーマンス、企業のブースや各学科の展示室の見学を楽しみました。ビエンチャン市内の7校の高校生も招待され、FENや各学科の紹介プレゼンテーションを聞いた後、各学科のブースの展示を見学し、大学生から展示物やポスターの説明を聞きました。
このイベントには、37社が参加し、200以上の求職情報がFENの学生や卒業生、一般参加者に公開されました。また30社が、このイベントや、教室等の整備、実験機材のメンテナンスのようなFENの教育・研究のための寄付を行ってくださいました。ラオス日本人商工会議所を通じて告知させていただいた結果、8社の日系企業（EPOCH TOYS (LAO) CO.,LTD、LAO MIDORI SAFETY SHOES CO., LTD.、Sanko Concrete Lao Co.,Ltd、MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao Co., Ltd、Phin Tokyo Plaza Co., Ltd、HOYA LAOS CO., LTD. 、SISIKU LAO CO.,LTD、Ryobi Lao Co., Ltd）もご参加くださり、今後の日系企業との関係強化も期待されます。
このイベントの成功は、FEN学生の就職支援のための大きな一歩となりました。
9th Job Fair and Education Event 2023 at Sokpaluang Campus, Faculty of Engineering (FEN), National University of Laos (NUOL) was successfully conducted!
The 9th Job Fair and Education Event 2023 was organized on 26 May 2023 at Sokpaluang Campus, Faculty of Engineering under the support of JICA HugeTech Project. There are more than 1,300 participants joining this event to have done various activities such as: companies’ presentations, art performances, games, browsing booths of the companies and educational exhibition of each department from FEN. The open day was also organized on this day to welcome 7 high school students to introduce 10 departments of FEN through the seminar and browsing of each department’s exhibition.
In this event, 37 companies participated and more than 200 position vacancies opened for the FEN students, graduates, and general participants to apply. There were 30 companies kindly contributed to support the event and FEN on its education and research activity, such as the renovation of the classroom buildings, maintenance of experimental equipment, etc.
The achievement of this event was remarked as one of the significant successes of FEN which will be pursued and improved for the betterment in order to support the employment of FEN students in the future.
