Kaset Fair 2024 at Kasetsart University

An awaited annual event “Kaset Fair 2024” of Kasetsart University was held from 2nd Feb to 10th Feb. A lot of and a large variety of food stalls and shops attracted a huge crowd throughout the Fair. Each faculty of the University also managed its research booth and food stall for visitors.
The Project’s Duckweeds which is the research subject were exhibited in a Faculty of Science booth together with Duckweed ice cream, fresh edible Duckweed and Duckweed sweet snack, which were products of ADGreen, a project member company. Four TV artists, who were invited for promotion of these products, also enjoyed tasting Duckweeds and a vibe of the fair. A Jim Joom (Thai traditional hotpot) outdoor restaurant ran by students of Faculty of Science was also successful and one of the most popular attractions in the fair.
