Short-term expert team’s activates in Khon Kaen

The three researchers visited Khon Kaen University (KKU) and a local cassava starch factory where research on Methane fermentation of Duckweed for Biofuel production has been carried out.
Collaborating with Dr. Pairaya Choeisai (KKU) and Dr. Thanapat Thepubon (KKU), the team focused on reactor maintenance, sludge sampling, and water quality analysis. The site visit also included a reactor inspection by three KKU undergraduate students.
Experiments are on track, including the successful start of duckweed feeding. Moving forward, the team will continue the stable operation of the reactor to further evaluate the methane fermentation process.
