Dispatch of Short term researchers (Short term experts)
Three short term researchers came to Thailand for the Project activities.
3 – 8 June 2024
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tokitaka Oyama (Kyoto University) G2
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Tomoaki Muranaka (Nagoya University) G2
With Thai counterparts, energetically conducted the Project work such as field trips and a demonstration of Duckweed genotyping techniques.

- Prof. Dr. Masaaki Morikawa (Hokkaido University, Chief Researcher) G1, 3
Besides participating in the field trip with Dr. Oyama and Dr. Muarnaka, had several discussions with Thai teams about research plans such as G5’s WWT trial in Kasetsart University campus.
Also had an opportunity to visit King Mongkutʼs University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
