第9回ASEAN 災害保健医療に係る学術ネットワーク（Academic Network on Disaster Health Management） 運営会議／第6回ASEAN 災害保健医療ジャーナル（Journal of Disaster Health Management）編集委員会議開催
2026年3月16日・17日、ASEAN災害保健医療に係る学術ネットワーク（ASEAN Academic Network on Disaster Health Managament）運営委員会（Steering Committee）会議と、それに先立ち、AANDHMの公式ジャーナルであるASEAN 災害保健医療ジャーナル（Journal of Disaster Health Management、以降AJDHM）編集委員会議がオンラインにて開かれました。

ARCHプロジェクト期間中最後となる本編集委員会は、AJDHM３号（Vol 2. No. 1）及び4号（Vol 2. No. 2）出版準備進捗報告と継続的な出版継続に向けての課題共有、特別号発刊コンセプトノートに係る協議などに加え、１次編集委員（Associate Editor）交代に向け、創刊号からのジャーナル発行への貢献に感謝し、新編集委員の公式発足に向けた進捗報告などを盛り込む節目の会議となりました。今後、２次編集委員はASEAN学術ネットワーク運営委員会より承認を受け、正式な交代となります。
一般的に、学術雑誌発行は容易く達成できるスキームではないにも関わらず、立ち上げから定期出版への軌道化までに多大なる労力と時間を割いて来た編集部（Production Unit）とそれを側面的に支えて来た日本災害医学会を含むASEAN学術ネットワークメンバーの貢献を評価し、今後の改善に向け更にネットワークを強化し、躍進を遂げて欲しいと願います。

議長のPaisan氏（タイ国家救急医療機関：National Institute for Emergency Medicine）を迎え開催されたASEAN学術ネットワーク運営委員会。本会議では、特に2027年に開催が計画されている第４回ASEAN学術会議に向けた協議に焦点が置かれました。本学術会議はマレーシアが主催に名乗りを上げ、ASEAN保健クラスター枠組みの承認を得るための開催計画の準備を検討する段階に来ており、これらの協議・決定はASEAN学術ネットワーク運営委員会の重要な役割とも言えます。JICA支援で開催される活動でもあり、日本とも連携を進め、実りのある協議が進められる事を期待します。その他、ARCH Plusプロジェクト開始までの活動計画も確認され、AIDHMが取りまとめる活動が円滑に執り行われて欲しいと思います。
