Training Material Development WS was held(2023-6-5~8)
A workshop was held in Mazowe District, Mashonaland Central Province, from 5-8 June 2023 to develop training modules and teaching materials for the upcoming training to be implemented in the project. A total of 22 participants from the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC), Provincial Health Executives, target hospitals, and Cordaid (a Dutch international NGO), developed training modules and materials through group work and discussion.

For smooth and effective group works and discussions, the participants were divided into five groups. Based on the draft of the teaching materials prepared by the Japanese experts, each group finalized the training materials for the following training modules and tools:
1. 5S-KAIZEN-TQM Basic Training
2. KAIZEN Training
3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools for the quality improvement activities
By using the completed modules, materials, and tools, 5S-KAIZEN-TQM Basic Training and KAIZEN Training for the target hospitals and Provincial Health Executives will be provided soon.
