Launch of the Siem Reap Smart City Data Platform

On September 18, 2024, the Siem Reap Provincial Administration launched the "Siem Reap Smart City Data Platform (abbreviated as SSDaP)".
The JICA Siem Reap Smart City Project has implemented several pilot projects, and this platform visualizes the current state of Siem Reap Province using data obtained from these pilot projects, through maps and dashboards.
With the release of SSDaP, centrally provided data will enable government officials, businesses, and researchers to conduct policy planning, creating new services and businesses, and academic research and education. This is expected to further accelerate efforts towards the smart city development of Siem Reap City.
