Official Release: Siem Reap Smart City Project Introduction Video

We would like to inform you that we have released a PR video that summarizes the progress and results of our Project.

The following is a video description.
Siem Reap is home to the Angkor Archaeological Park, best represented by Angkor Wat, and was selected in 2018 as a model city for the ASEAN Smart Cities Network. Since then, it has been striving to become a smart city. To support these efforts, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) began conducting a study in 2020 and has been implementing the “Project for the Implementation of a Smart City Approach to Solve Urban Issues in Siem Reap” from 2022 to 2025. By formulating plans, developing capacity, and carrying out pilot projects, the project establishes a foundation for introducing smart technologies, thereby promoting sustainable urban development in Siem Reap.
