Poster Presentations to report activities at the 40th Annual Conference of the Japan Association for Global Health
The 40th Annual Conference of the Japan Association for Global Health was held on November 1-2, 2025, where the Project presented two posters on its recent activities. We presented positive impacts of the accreditation preparation process on faculty members of nursing colleges, which related to Output 1 activities. In the other poster presentation, we reported their efforts to strengthen clinical practice systems through the development of Master Trainers and the implementation of in-house training at nursing colleges and collaborative hospitals, which related to Output 2 and 3 activities. Japanese experts in nursing administration, and nursing education & clinical practice joined the session and provided explanations and responses to questions from participants.
Conference participants showed interest in the relationship between nursing colleges’ accreditation and training conducted by Output 2&3, as well as key considerations in the development of various training programs. These inquiries were addressed by the attending experts.
The Project’s endline survey is currently underway, enabling a thorough assessment of its impact and the identification of lessons learned and good practices generated through the activities. To further strengthen the network among nursing colleges and related organizations, we plan to hold seminars and forums to disseminate these good practices and lessons learned across nursing colleges and collaborative hospitals, as well as the findings from the endline survey.
