Launch of the Project for Improvement Cyber Resilience in Cambodia

The Project for Improvement Cyber Resilience in Cambodia has started with the dispatch of JICA expert on May 25, 2023.
The project implementation period is planned for 3.5 years, from May 2023 to October 2026. The training and seminars will be conducted to improve cybersecurity capabilities of government ministries and agencies, particularly the Department of ICT Security of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), which has a national CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) function, during the project period. It will also conduct public awareness activities on cybersecurity for government ministries and agencies, the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) industries, and the general public. In this way, the Project aims to improve the cybersecurity capacity of the Department of ICT Security and further strengthens the cybersecurity resilience of the digital society in Cambodia.
