Kampong Cham PHD Holds EMR Data Review Workshop for NCDs
On 17th October 2025, Kampong Cham Provincial Health Department (PHD), with technical support from the NCD Control Project, organized a workshop on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Data Review and Improvement for Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs). The workshop aimed to strengthen the quality and utilization of EMR data for diabetes, hypertension, and cervical cancer, as part of a quarterly review process designed to continuously improve EMR data quality and promote evidence-based NCD management in the province.
Participants included representatives from the Provincial Hospital, all Operational Districts (ODs), and Referral Hospitals. The morning session presented key data findings and key points for accurate data entry, while the afternoon session allowed OD teams to share challenges and proposed practical improvement actions.
The NCD Control Project continues to provide technical assistance to strengthen EMR data management and support the sustained improvement of NCD program management and service delivery at both provincial and district levels.
