4th Project Working Group

The 4th Working Group meeting was held on August 21, 2025.
During this meeting, participants discussed various key topics, including financial mechanisms to promote vehicle waste recycling, the current vehicle inspection system in Thailand, and the revision of the dismantling guidelines.
This project, which aims to establish a comprehensive end-of-life vehicle (ELV) recycling system in Thailand, addresses a wide range of important issues. Through ongoing discussions between the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), the main counterpart agency in Thailand, and Japanese experts, steady progress is being made toward building a sustainable ELV management framework.
