Project News

Dr. Metha Meetam (Mahidol University), the project counterpart, participated in the 6th International Conference on Duckweed Research and Application in Germany. Dr. Masaaki Morikawa (Hokkaido University), chief researcher of the project and other project members in Japan also took part of the conference to present their research outcomes.

In the conference, Dr. Metha M. successfully invited the next conference to Bangkok in 2024. As a host, the project will play an important role to hold the 7th conference in Bangkok and the Japanese side of the project will cooperate as well.
