Under the chairmanship by Dr. Chongrak W. Kasetsart Univ. President, 1st JCC meeting was held at a conference room of Kasetsart University. In the meeting, Dr. Arinthip T, (Project Manager), Thai researchers (Principal Investigators), Dr. M. Morikawa (Chief researcher), Japanese short term researchers, JICA Thailand Office representatives and the secretary of Embassy of Japan participated.

Following agenda, reported by the project representatives, were discussed, and accepted by the JCC members.

• Progress and Monitoring of the 1st year pf the project
• Activities plan for the coming year
• Determination of values of Objectively Verifiable Indicators (OVI) on the Project Design Matrix (PDM).
• Modification of Plan of Operation (PO)
• Input made in the 1st year
• Input plan for the 2nd year

Besides the abovementioned, the amendment of the OVI of the PDM was discussed and agreed at the JCC.
