Dispatch of Short-term researchers (Short-term experts)(2023-03-10)
Two Japanese researchers visited Kasetsart University (KU).
Dr. Masaaki Morikawa (Hokkaido Univ.), Chief Researcher: 6 - 10 March
Dr. Tadashi Toyama (Univ. of Yamanashi), Duckweed wastewater treatment: 6 - 9 March
During the stay, they had a series of research meetings with Thai counterparts, inspected candidate sites for Duckweed production pond in KU and revisited the factory of Kewpie Thailand seeking possible research cooperation at the factory’s wastewater facilities. In addition to the above, “Training in the culture and analysis of duckweed horobiont for wastewater treatment” was conducted by Dr. Toyama.
