Major Projects

Study on the Diffusion Plan for the Business and Production Management Technology for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Republic of Argentina

Background and Objective

The aim of this project is to rehabilitate the national economy of Argentina, currently in a state of crisis. The project will improve the technical guidance capacity of the National Institute of Industrial Technology (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial or INTI) and create a system for spreading production management technology to invigorate and improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Project Summary

Under this project, assistance will be provided for the INTI's small and medium-sized business support plan, in which technical training and business operation supportive service are offered. The status quo and problems of the INTI plan will be identified in this project and INTI instructors be trained through workshops and other events. Additionally, a survey will be conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises particularly in relatively high-potential industries of the Argentine economy and business consultation will be arranged to improve production technology and administrative expertise for the selected companies.

Project Highlights

Effective consulting methods will be suggested to INTI. INTI will train instructors to spread production management technology and create a national instruction network.
