When I learn in Japan through this program(Improvement of Quality of Education Through Lesson Study in Asia – J.1204011), I find one unique word is very important to me. The word is "Konaikenshu". The term of konaikenshu is also made up of two Japanese words. The first, "konai" means "in school" and the second, "kenshu" means "training." Thus, the term of konaikenshu, which in essence refers to a form of school-based in-service has been translated as "in-service education within the school"(Nakatome, 1984), or "in-house workshop"(Shimahara, 1991), or "in-house study workshops"(Sato, 1992).

All Japanese school already to practice this word, During August and September 2012 based on my observation in several school at Hiroshima City, Nara, Sera, and Fukuyama, I found that the Japanese teacher together in every school working in mutual assistance in planning, implementing, and evaluating in all their learning, and this is very helpful in improving the quality of teaching and learning.

In my minds, what makes konaikenshu unique is that it is a form of in-service professional development that brings together the entire teaching staff of a school to work in a sustained and focused manner on a school wide goal that all teachers have agreed is of critical importance to them.

In Indonesia language this word can separate in syllable to be "ko-naik-en-shu." Meaning of each part is, ko=youあなた, naik=to climb登る, en=andと, Shu=success成功. So if all part to unite it means:"You climbing and success." So if we want to success, we must try to climb to the high place or the top place of lesson. Why, because in learning process if you as the teacher not position in top of lesson so the student will not able to reach the top of lesson.

Climbing process need to help one and another, just like as the mountain climbers, when they make cooperation so the mission will be success rather than no cooperation.

So after this lesson when I back to my country, I would like to promote this word "konaikenshu" in our country to be a school program to all teachers reaching the success in learning process.
