I was surprised when came in Japan. Because everything I observed was beyond my imagination. I was informed, Japan is a well decorated very beautiful country and everything is systematic here. But I was confused how Japanese people recovered themselves- after being destroyed during World War II, with a great roar of development? There was no answer of that question at that time. I got the answer just after some days.

During my training in Japan we had a lecture at JEPIC in Tokyo about "Promotion of Energy conservation in Japan". The honorable lecturer was describing about the 3G:

Genba — means the Actual Place
Genbutsu — means the Actual Thing
Genjitsu — means the Actual Situation

After getting that Lecture I have realized, these three words are actually Magic Words which are very simple but effective. That was the answer, how Japanese people changed themselves.

If you consider about to completion of any work, you need to go to the actual place (i.e. Genba); after observe the actual thing (i.e. Genbutsu) and realize the actual situation (i.e. Genjitsu) when you will provide effort, you would be able to get the maximum efficiency of the work.

So these 3G have impressed me deeply. To me these three words are not only the words but also each of them contain message in which the magic of success is hidden. The intelligent Japanese people have got the quality to use the message, so that they have developed their nation although they have lack of natural resources, shortage of land, facing a lot of natural disasters like earthquake and Tsunami etc.

I believe that the implementation of these three words in practical field can change a nation with lot of achievements.
