Training in Japan

How to apply for the JICA Training Programme

Applications can be made once receiving the announcement of courses from PSC or from the JICA course announcement (click here for course schedule) on the website.

Applicants should ensure that the application is completed in English, legible (handwritten or print) and obtained internal approval. Applicants are asked to ensure that enclosure documents are included such as questionnaires or reports required by the course.

Participants who are selected will be notified by JICA in writing and will be required to attend a briefing for an overview of the program, provisions such as living allowance while in Japan, and be assisted for the visa application at the nearest consular office or Embassy.

As part of the JICA follow-up program for the participants, all participants are encouraged to be members of the Alumni for continuing friendship and maintaining contacts with fellow participants and JICA related personnel.
