Japanese philosophy of succesful business was presented to Kyrgyzstan`s entrepreneurs

When Apal Ryskulova arrived to Japan, she was impressed by multi face of Japan - mix of traditions and technologies. But especially she was impressed by Kaizen training that she had in 2018. "Kaizen" is a Japanese concept referring to business activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees

Apal`s groupmates in the training course were from African countries. During the communication with them she found out in their countries "Kaizen centers" exist and are officially supported at the state level. Although establishing similar centers in Kyrgyz Republic is not feasible in a short term, she decided to do some activates to disseminate "Kaizen" concept and consulted with JICA as an ex-JICA training program participant, and, finally, on 18th of March, she managed to start a series of Kaizen trainings in Bishkek.

Trainers of trainings are the leading marketing experts of Kyrgyzstan and KRJC Aibek Kurenkeev and Ilgiz Edil uulu. Trainings initiator - Apal Ryskulova is conducting "Kaizen topic" of the seminar and shares her knowledge gained during her training in Japan. Seminars will be conducted in all regions of Kyrgyzstan as well. Participants are SME representatives who will learn not only about the theory of Kaizen but also how to put it into the practice with appropriate marketing.

As training participants noted, seminar met their expectations and they are ready to implement Kaizen principles in their companies for improvement of services and products quality.
