Application could be made upon receiving announcement of the offer from JPA or from JICA course announcement (click here for course schedule) in the website.

All JICA standard training offer unless specified should complete prescribed forms (click here to understand the types of forms required for each program), be approved by applicant's department or ministry and channel to JPA for formal endorsement and screening. Applicant should not sent application directly to JICA, unless it is specified to do so.

Applicant should ensure that the application is completed in English, legible (handwritten or print) and has obtained internal consent. If need to, be sure that application has the enclosure documents like questionnaire or report requires by the course.

Participant who has been offered would be notified by JICA in written and would be required to attend briefing for an overview of the program, provision like allowance provided and be assisted for visa application at the nearest consular office or Embassy.

As part of JICA follow-up program to the participants, all participants are encouraged to be members of the Alumni for continuity of friendship and maintaining contacts.
