Implementation of Third-Country Training (August 21-25, 2023)

From August 21 to 25, 2023, three representatives from Bhutan's Gyalopozhing College of Information Technology and the GovTech Agency visited Indonesia to learn about Indonesia's cyber ecosystem.
The main topics of the training included the cybersecurity curriculum at the University of Indonesia (UI), the cybersecurity human resources development framework, industry-academia-government collaboration in Indonesia, and an overview of cyber laws in Indonesia and Japan. The participants from Bhutan's GovTech Agency expressed particular interest in training related to incident response, ethical hacking, and computer forensics. Additionally, there was a comment from the Bhutanese participants indicating a desire to start from acquiring basic skills to ensure a common foundational knowledge among Bhutanese talent.
