E-JUST Connect 2024 held at E-JUST (2024年10月2日)

On October 2nd, 2024, E-JUST hosted “E-JUST Connect 2024” which was an event that brought together E-JUST and industry leaders together. The aim of the event is to introduce the diverse services that E-JUST provides to the industry to improve industrial processes, support and enhance industrial activities and create opportunities for collaborations. Many Companies’ representatives attended this event.

During the event’s opening session Prof. Amr Adly, President of E-JUST, gave a speech about E-JUST’s strategy for industry, E-JUST’s strategic priority and E-JUST’s industry support capabilities. Followed by Prof. Sameh Nada, the Vice President of Educational Affairs, giving a speech about what E-JUST provides for the industry. Then Prof. Fukuda Toshio, Vice President of Research, introduced the E-JUST Cluster. The opening session was concluded by an E-JUST presentation by Prof. Amr El Tawil, Dean of School of Innovative Design Engineering.

During the second session, 3 companies, Al-Araby, El-Ezz Steel and BMC-Almasreya, who have been already collaborating with E-JUST shared their industry success story with the attending companies’ representatives. They started by briefly introducing their companies, then shared how they have been collaborating with E-JUST. Some of the collaborations include projects, as well as solving the company’s problems through the university’s R&D and consultations with the academic experts to contribute to the company’s development.

During the closing session, a Q&A and discussion session was held, where the attending companies’ representatives had the chance to ask questions and receive the answers from E-JUST experts.

In conclusion, the event was successful in introducing the university’s services to industry professionals, networking and facilitating direct interactions between E-JUST experts and industry representatives and exploring potential collaborations and partnerships for mutual benefit.
