E-JUST Career Support Team's Participation in JBA Meeting

On January 21^st 2024, E-JUST participated in the monthly meeting of Japan Business Association (JBA) Egypt held in Cairo. The objective of E-JUST’s participation was to introduce the recent career support activities for E-JUST students and alumni. The representatives from Japanese companies and businesses in Egypt attended the meeting both physically and online.

Ms. Menna Gillidan, Senior Career Support Specialist in E-JUST, presented about the career support services and activities offered by E-JUST for its students. Then, Ms. Mai Ismail, JICA E-JUST Project Program Officer, introduced examples of how Japanese companies have contributed for E-JUST Students by accepting internships both inside and outside Egypt, and providing special lectures. During the networking session, some companies showed positive motivations for future cooperation such as　internships and lectures for students.

Knowing E-JUST encourages Japanese companies to provide internship and Job opportunities for E-JUST students and alumni. JICA E-JUST Project will continue to cooperate with E-JUST in promoting the importance of the career support services to E-JUST family, seeking future opportunities for E-JUST students and Alumni, and establishing a pioneering Career Support System.
