JICA Philippine Office offers a wide range of consulting opportunities to individual consultants and consulting firms in the Philippines.

Selection Process

Hiring of consultancy services for certain JICA development projects are awarded thru a "bid and evaluate" system conducted by the JICA Evaluation Committee.

Bidding and submission of proposals are by invitation only. JICA Philippine Office invites consultants based on the required expertise. Invited bidders are selected from JICA's Database of Consultants in the Philippines, where significant demographic information, consulting experiences, and field of specialization are indicated.

(1) Necessary Documents

JICA Philippine Office, in its desire to grant consulting opportunities to a wider number of consultants in the Philippines is inviting all individual consultants, consulting firms, or organizations to register in JICA's Database of Consultants. All interested parties are requested to send their company profile together with other necessary information using the Information Sheet of Consultants (Word/21KB) (see attached).
