The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Philippine Office received reports purportedly representing JICA in business transactions.

We urge the public to be extra careful when dealing with such parties using the name of JICA to solicit or transfer money for whatever purpose. We encourage you to directly correspond with JICA Philippine Office for official business transactions especially concerns on Japan's ODA programs, projects, and activities.

Anyone who has received any suspicious business offer or transaction allegedly from JICA should immediately contact:
