Travel Agency Desk (Exclusive to JICA Participants)

A travel agent provides flight information and advice on travels back to your country(Open 15:00-20:00 Closed 18:00-18:45)

Every day except Thursdays, Sundays and National Holidays.

PC Help Desk (Exclusive to JICA Tokyo Participants)

Technical supports (to the public PCs located at communication plaza and PC Room and official PC rented by JICA Tokyo) are available (Open 9:00-18:00 Closed 12:30-13:30 Weekdays)

TIPS for your stay

Garbage Disposal

Please sort out garbage and use the proper trashcan in the pantry. Each trash can has the illustration of garbage type on it.
Put all of your garbage into the designated garbage bag and place it near the door in your room when you check out. We dispose of all of it. Make sure not to leave any of your valuables in your room before you check out.

Water

Tap water in your room is drinkable.

Japan's tap water undergoes stringent quality control tests that meet 51 criteria to be considered safe to drink. The results of periodic quality control tests conducted by the Bureau of Waterworks Tokyo Metropolitan Government are open to the public.

Boiled Water and Ice

Boiled water and Ice are available at the pantry (Cooking is not allowed) located each floor of Accommodation Building.
