Services for JICA Tokyo residents

Please enjoy your meals at the dining hall on the 1st floor in the main building.
All JICA Tokyo residents will be served complimentary breakfast.

The name of this dining hall is ‘Oasis’, and it is open to the community and the general public at large.
We offer a diverse range of cuisines from different countries on a weekly basis, with Halal-conscious meals also available. From the dining room windows, you can enjoy a view of the courtyard garden, allowing you to appreciate the scenery and feel the changing seasons.

Opening Hours

When we change the opening days/hours exceptionally, we will inform through the notice displayed at the
a) Dining Hall
b) Bulletin board located 4th floor of the Accommodation Building

Making bed and vacuuming

We will clean the room between 10:00 and 15:00 every day except weekends and holidays.
The cleaning frequency during the peak seasons for accommodation is generally every other day on weekdays.

NOTE If you keep putting the "Don't disturb" tag on the door every day from Monday to Friday, we will clean your room on Friday in terms of hygiene. If Friday is a public holiday, the cleaning will be done on Thursday.

We will change bed sheets between 10:00 and 15:00 twice a week on the designated day and floor of weekdays. We will not change bed sheets in case we find your personal items on your bed. For the schedule, please refer to the following.

Soap and shampoo will be provided every weekday.
Please wash the towels yourself.
There are laundry room on every floor.
