The Knowledge Co-Creation Program (KCCP)

Training program taking advantage of the Tsukuba Science City

A vast number of research institutions are located in Tsukuba City, including 29 state-owned research and education institutions and about 100 private research centers and corporations.

Known as one of the world's major research cities, research institutions here cover all areas of study, including civil engineering, architecture, meteorology, education, and industrial technologies.

With collaboration from the research institutions with their world-class technologies and experiences, JICA Tsukuba provides training programs to develop human resources of developing countries in various fields (e.g. disaster prevention, environment and education)
