PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES (2025.12.3)
| 1. Title of the Service | ODA Loan Project Formulation and Implementation Facilitation in the Western Balkans |
| 2. Scope of Work | Under the guidance of JICA Balkan Office, the Consultant will have essential roles of facilitating the implementation of the ODA loan projects in the Western Balkans in accordance with JICA’s guidelines and procedures. The Consultant will proactively oversee and monitor the progress and situation of the projects and provide advice and suggestions to the project counterparts and JICA Balkan Office based on professional knowledge and experience in the field of international development finance projects. | 5. Qualification Requirements | (1) Working Experience in international cooperation in the Western Balkans: Minimum 10 years (2) Working Experience in Japanese ODA loan project management: Minimum 5 years and more than 3 projects (3) High level of communication skills in English |
