JICA Chair Lecture at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on 6th September, 2024

On 6^th September 2024, JICA will be holding a JICA Chair lecture on the theme, “Economic Growth and Business Management in Japan” , at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. The guest of honour and the main lecturer for the lecture will be Professor FUNABASHI Gaku, who is a Professor at the International University of Japan, specializing in private sector development and economic policy in developing countries and in Japan, and a Senior Advisor at JICA.

Dr. KITAOKA Shinichi, the Former President and current Special Advisor of JICA, who is also the founder and initiated the JICA Chair in his term as President to JICA from 2015 – 2022, will give a speech by video message for the audience and participants envisaging about the historical overview of Japan’s development and Japan – India relationship.
