JICA has been working on revising the Guidelines and the Objection Procedures since 2018, through the comprehensive review of JICA projects under the current Guidelines and the series of discussions with external specialists from various areas of expertise. As a part of the process, with ensuring transparency and accountability, we would like to obtain the public comments on the draft revised Guidelines and the Objection Procedures.
