Announcement: Invitation to GCI World 2026 September: Applications Now Open for Free Online AI and Data Science Program

JICA is pleased to inform students, researchers, and academic institutions that applications are now open for GCI World 2026 September (Global Consumer Intelligence World Program), a free online AI and Data Science program offered in English by the University of Tokyo's Matsuo-Iwasawa Laboratory. The program provides participants with an opportunity to develop foundational and practical skills in AI, data science, and their real-world applications.

Following the success of the April 2026 session, which attracted more than 25,000 participants from Global South countries, the next session will commence on 17 September 2026.

Applicants are encouraged to apply early to allow sufficient time for pre-course preparation.
