Voices of JICA Exparticipants: Dr. Mafigiri Richard

Mr. Mafigiri Richard, an Epidemiologist at Ministry of Health attended training on "Field Epidemiology to Strengthen the Preparedness for the Severe Infectious Disease Outbreaks for managers between September and October 2017.

Currently, Mr. Mafigiri is Coordinating the COVID-19 Response Team in South Western region, and is heavily involved in the fight against the pandemic at border entry points. He has conducted training of health workers and taking sample collections.
