I am Latabu Lillian Otika from Uganda. I spent 3 incredible weeks in Japan, embracing valuable lessons: Live Improvement Concept, Family Management Agreement, Gender Analysis, SHEP (Smallholder Horticulture Empowerment & Promotion) and Gender Approach, and Budget Simulation Game. Empowering rural omen is the catalyst for success. With government and partner support, their engagement in productive activities skyrockets.
