Invitation to Register as Supplier of the JICA Pakistan Office

JICA Pakistan Office invites interested manufacturers, suppliers, distributors of goods and equipment and providers of services in various fields to register as supplier for possible participation in future procurement of goods and equipment.

JICA Pakistan Office is open on Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 am-17:00 pm.

The following documents are necessary for the registration:

Documentary Requirements
a. Duly accomplished JICA PAKISTAN OFFICE SUPPLIER REGISTRATION FORM
b. Duly authenticated copy of National Tax Number Certificate

JICA Pakistan Office will only process applications that comply with the registration conditions and provide complete documentary requirements.

Validity of registration is until September 30, 2024. However, JICA Pakistan Office reserves the right to invalidate the registration any time before its expiration, whenever JICA policies are violated or for any act committed and deemed inappropriate by JICA.

JICA Pakistan Office reserves the right to investigate any statement and to institute appropriate legal or administrative action/s, should it later discover that the registration application was misleading, ambiguous or with false or erroneous statements/information.
