JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGENCY TAJIKISTAN OFFICE WILL CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES AS FOLLOWS.

1. General Information
(1) Name of Project:
Institutional research consultancy to design and conduct a situational analysis research about access and participation of people with disabilities to health care, social protection, education, livelihood and building accessibility standards in Tajikistan

(2) Deadline of submission of proposal: 12 October 2021

(4) Bid Pricing:
DAP (above), excluding all custom duties and taxes for import shall not be included in the bidding price (Except Customs administrative procedure fees), because the Government of Tajikistan will exempt all custom duties and taxes

(5) Offer Currency: USD only

From 20 Oct. 2020 to 20 February 2021, except Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays
Between 9:00 AM to 12:30, and 13:30 to 17:30
Remarks:
Request for Quotation are free of charge.
Distribution by mail is possible.

5. Procedure of Bidding

(2) Destination for Submitting the Quotation
JICA Tajikistan Office, Serena Office Complex 14 Rudaki Avenue, Dushanbe, Tajikistan

(3) Attention
Quotations must be sealed and submitted by hand, registered mail, or courier service only.
No bidding by facsimile or e-mail is acceptable.
All offers shall be opened and evaluated by the Purchaser after the deadline.

(4) Bid Bond & Performance Bond
Not required

(5) Invalidation of Bidding
(a) A bid offered by non-eligible firms or companies
(b) A bid contains any false contents
(c) A bid offered by those who violate any requirement and/or conditions of Bidding Documents

(6) Criteria for Selection of Successful Bidder
A bidder whose technical scores are above 70 points and offer price is lower than the pre-determined price are studied and set by JICA Tajikistan Office in accordance with rules and regulations of JICA will be a successful bidder.

(7) Contract
To be drafted by JICA Tajikistan Office, and agreed by both parties, but based on the condition offered by Tajikistan office.
